Did You Miss the Survey Deadline?

We'd like to remind everyone, even the $1 backers, that if you haven’t answered your survey yet, you still should complete it to get your rewards. Every backer will receive a digital copy of the upcoming Doomeranger comic for free, which will also include three new cubees: Shazza, Sly and Boss Cass. 

Here's a quick rundown on if you missed the deadline, and what happens next.

If you missed the survey deadline, should you worry? 

Some digital goods are already being distributed next week! But you need your order submitted and locked in order to receive these items (Digital Artbook, Digital CD and Steam Keys). This includes all Pledge levels that include these digital goods, as well as anyone who added them as Add-ons.

If you missed the survey deadline, those late orders are now being manually processed. They are being checked to make sure there is inventory available at their hub (North America, Europe, Australia) before being locked. After orders are locked, any orders with a balance are charged.

If your survey has not yet been submitted, and you are a:

• Backer with pledge goods - no worries!
• Backer with digital goods - no worries!
• Backer with add-ons - If you are in North America, no worries! Extra goods are being sent to the US warehouse. If you are outside the US, there may be a delay and/or extra shipping charges.

What happens next with Credit Cards?

On Tuesday, orders that were locked and had a balance owing, had their cards charged. When late orders are accepted, their cards are then charged if there is a balance owing. 

If your card was declined it could have been for any number of reasons.  The charge could have been flagged by the bank, or it could have expired recently, or due to insufficient funds. 

BackerKit would have sent you a reminder to update your card. The new card will be charged as soon as they are updated.

Shipping Lockdown - November 2019

We will be locking shipping addresses before we ship your items.

If ever you need to review or change your shipping address, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://ty-console.backerkit.com.

In November, we will Lockdown the addresses and begin shipping items from our three hubs. We will give you notice as to when in November we'll be locking shipping addresses, once we know in more detail.

We’re currently aiming to ship physical rewards out by the end of the year for the Soundtrack CD, Soundtrack Vinyl, Maurie's Mug, TY's Shorts, Sly's Necklace and the printed artbook. YOU! by Steve, and the statuettes we're anticipating will be in Q1 2020.

Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for us when trying to keep track of all 2,553 of you!

Did you enter your shipping info? Are you certain? Many who pledged for a digital tier forgot to enter their shipping address when they added a physical add-on! Oops! You can use the same link below to check, or the link in your original survey email.

The last day to make final updates to your order is this Friday, September 27, 5pm PST. That's when we'll initiate the lockdown of the orders. 

There will be an automatic 48 hour period afterwards. You can make last-minute changes to your order. This includes a last chance to add any add-ons. After 48 hours, all orders will automatically be locked. 

Then, after this period, credit cards for add-on item purchases will then be charged. 

You can always update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping (in a couple of months).

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the September 27th order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Survey is Live!

A small portion of Backers have received the survey. We're doing a quick test with a random handful of people to make sure there are no problems with the survey first before pushing it out to everyone.

If all is good and nothing needs to be fixed up, the survey email will be sent to everybody in the next hour. 

Survey ends: this Friday, September 27th.

Please message us right away so that we can check and get it fixed up! In our test already we can see that one person's email bounced =(

About the Credits

Curious if your name will be in only the PS4 or Switch version? We'll be putting Backer credits into both versions! Be sure to answer YES to having your name in the credits and filling out the text box with how you want it to be.
